Both hull panels were broken at the spot where the sponsons attach. Made it really difficult to assemble. Not impossible, but awful. Some of the parts don't seem to have a considerable amount of shrink to them compared to the rest of the model as they don't actually fit.

I eventually gave up on the idea of getting the gunner pits on the sides to function as normal and drilled a pin all the way through it. Turns out that was the best play to go with because it needed the extra support in that spot because of the aforementioned breakage.

I was somewhat nervous about ordering a large, complex model based on the reviews talking about warping, but what I received in the mail just now is absolutely perfect. Seriously. I couldn’t be happier with it. It arrived very quickly after shipment, in perfect condition, the right quantity, needed minimal cleaning, and was in all ways precisely as I had hoped.

Had a few issues with warping but overall the cast quality was good.
