Absolutely shocking. Parts arrived miscast with parts so misaligned that they could not be used. Then when I sent a message to inform that the model parts were miscast (so were many others) I was offered a refund for half the cost of just these models. I rejected this and after another 2 weeks of back and forth, was offered a full refund of just these models. I rejected that and was offered a replacement set. I accepted this, however the models never arrived. After talking to the seller they then stated that even though EVRi told me to contact the seller for a refund, they had been told it was received which was impossible as I wasn't even in the country when they arrived. DO NOT BUY.
